We were fortunate to chat with Tony Bones, the Vice President of Sales and Retail for the Valley Pure family. Valley Pure has always been at the forefront of innovation in the industry in our area. 2021 brought growth and exciting new ideas to life for Valley Pure. Valley Pure has limitless potential when it comes to elevating the cannabis space from both a cultivation and retail standpoint.
When speaking to Tony about what the future holds, he emphasized the focus on building the Valley Pure community. As well as Valley Pure’s commitment to producing our own clean cannabis products. Scaling expansion can be difficult, but Valley Pure has handled it with ease. Heading into 2022, we’re looking forward to watching even more growth from the Valley Pure community. With people like Tony behind the helm, it’s hard not to be optimistic and proud of the work being done by the entire team.
The People
The future of Valley Pure is bright, and according to Tony, that has everything to do with the people. The staff at each Valley Pure location come together every day to provide resources, products, and education to consumers so that they can make the best choice for you. Every individual shows up each day from behind the scenes to our budtenders to do the best work possible. Tony emphasized the importance of the team dynamic and how the “Valley Pure family works together to bring a shared vision to life.”
Over 80% of local community members, as the backbone of Valley Pure, know a thing or two about the California cannabis scene. Tony has over 20 years of industry experience and four years in his current role as VP of Sales and Retail. He’s seen trends come and go, so he knows that Valley Pure can create something exciting that will last. What makes Valley Pure special, to him, is the “organic approach to everything from growing to sales.”
The Product
In the coming years, we are looking forward to more expansion and a more comprehensive range of in-house products. 2021 saw significant development in the form of a 75,000 sq ft facility dedicated to producing premium cannabis products from seed to shelf. Tony let us in on some exciting information that Valley Pure will continue to expand into new in-house strains and other products under the Valley Pure name. The sense of community in Valley Pure translates seamlessly from the back of the house to the budtenders.
Staff members are always quick with product recommendations, and Tony had a few as well. Some of his favorite picks are Alien Lab‘s Atomic Apple or Wonderbrett‘s Pink Picasso. Quality of product is important to him not just as Vice President but as a fellow cannabis consumer. When speaking to budtenders at various locations, the buzz was behind the new Valley Pure Pre Rolls set to roll out in the future. Tony agreed, noting that the attention to detail and care behind their products make them stand out. If you enjoy joints, pick up one of the Tonys’ picks from your local Valley Pure.
The Process
With 4 locations, six licenses, and endless potential, there are endless possibilities on the horizon for Valley Pure. According to Tony, this means two new areas may be complete by Q1 of 2022. The current 75,000 sq ft space is an exciting expansion in growing Valley Pure as a household name. Valley Pure was built from the ground up with the highest quality assurance and innovative ideas in the California market.
As the country grows with the industry, Valley Pure would significantly add to any state’s cannabis market. Valley Pure takes a mindful approach to the entire process. This ensures a product to be proud of, brands you can trust, and a retail experience that keeps you coming back.
